Quick Answers and Greater Efficiency with myWAFIOS.ai
The AI function myWAFIOS.ai helps operators with know-how about the machines and answers questions regarding problems concerning e.g., setup, troubleshooting and retooling. AI can be used on any mobile end device while it is hosted by secure German servers. The machine, with its sensitive production data, does not need an internet connection. myWAFIOS.ai retrieves information from manuals, tutorials and machine plans as well as from experienced WAFIOS operators and service technicians. This guarantees that answers are only generated from trustworthy sources. A patent-pending communication system transmits data in a secure way via an optical QR code with offline link. Therefore, cyber-attacks on the machine are impossible. Another advantage: myWAFIOS.ai responds in multiple languages.
Pay-Off Unit+ with Smart Pay-Off Interface
The Smart Pay-Off Interface (SPI) allows the pay-off unit and machine to grow together into one intelligent unit. If equipped with an SPI, the pay-off unit will be configured by the connected machine. The base speed and other parameters are preset based on the available data. The interface makes transparency the new standard: all relevant information, such as pay-off speed, force setting on the tension arm, and current status, can be clearly viewed at any time. The new generation of pay-off units with SPI is available for different wire bending, straightening and spring machines.
