Seamless integration of pay-off unit and machine for maximum transparency and efficiency
The Smart Pay-Off Interface (SPI) allows the pay-off unit and machine to grow together into one intelligent unit. If equipped with an SPI, the pay-off unit will be configured by the connected machine. The base speed and other parameters are preset based on the available data. The interface makes transparency the new standard: all relevant information, such as pay-off speed, force setting on the tension arm and current status, can be clearly viewed at any time. The new generation of pay-off units with SPI is available for different wire bending, straightening and spring machines.
