Uncompromisingly efficient - WAFIOS stabilizer bar bending machines
Stabilizer bar bending machines have been designed to meet the requirements from the cold-forming industry for processing pre-hardened tubes. To meet tightest bending radii and shortest clamping length requirements, there are different requirements on the tool and machine concept. especially in terms of the tube bender’s robustness and design but also when it comes to the dynamics and flexibility of the bending head.

Power coupled with innovative technology and ergonomic design
All machines are equipped with the latest version of the WAFIOS Programming System WPS 3.2 EasyWay that features more functions for the production of stabilizer bars and an integrated real-time simulation for increasing the machine's availability based on a secure data basis.
