To ensure your safety and our in-house safety, we would like to ask you to familiarize yourself with the following regulations.

All relevant legal regulations, accident prevention regulations, environmental regulations and the generally recognized rules of occupational safety and environmental protection must be observed by you and your employees at all times.
Please follow the instructions of your contact person strictly.
You enter or drive on the factory premises at your own risk.

You will receive a visitor pass at the reception desk which you are obliged to wear visibly.
Please return the visitor pass at the reception desk or at the gate before leaving the premises.

Files, photos, drawings, documents, copies, components/models, etc. may not be taken from the manufacturing facilities and offices and may not be reproduced or made accessible to unauthorized persons without the permission of WAFIOS AG. Photography and filming is not allowed without the prior approval of WAFIOS AG. IT equipment may only be used after prior consultation with your contact person.

We will store visitor data and, if necessary, pass it on insofar as this is required to document your visit.
The signed form will be destroyed after 4 weeks. WAFIOS AG's company premises are monitored by cameras.
