  • General basics of the WPS 3.2 EasyWay
  • Program input (LRA / XYZ / STP)
  • Programming examples for bending and free coiling (manual correction and iQbend)
  • Program adjustments on the Technology screen mask (without macro)
  • Explanation of tool and material parameters
  • Tool input / simplified tool input
  • Changing tools
Expert training
  • Program adjustments via macro programming
  • Using additional equipment, like traversable feed unit, bending-after-the-cut device and chamfering device
  • Program optimization via iQsmartbend
  • Simulation via iQwire
  • Correction via iQinspect (in combination with Hexagon Measuring Cell)
  • Monitoring of axes via iQtorque

 

Registration

Note: A maximum of 2 people per company may register to participate. 
The maximum group size is 6 people.

Please bring safety shoes and safety goggles to the training session.

On Wednesday, the training session will be held in English.

Training times: Monday through Friday in Reutlingen, Wednesday in English
