  • Different bending techniques (e.g. out of bending sequence via gripper)
Basic training
  • General: Structure of WPS 3.2 EasyWay interface incl. online help
  • Programming input (LRA / XYZ / STP / isometry)
  • Bending techniques: (bending from opposite end, bending around the gripper jaw)
  • Simulation via iQtube
  • Using the WPS input for program adjustments (without macro programming)
  • Manual geometry correction
  • Changing tools
  • Maintenance and lubrication
  • Managing programs
Expert training
  • Adjusting programs in the WPS 3.2 EasyWay
  • Explanation of tool and material parameters (characteristic curve and characteristic curve 2.0)
  • Selection of magazine and magazine options
  • Correction via iQinspect (in combination with Hexagon Measuring Cell)
  • Differences of rotary-draw bending and advantages (type 8)
  • iQtorque and force limitation
  • Macro programming
  • Creating a Record file with the WAFIOS Assistant 
  • Setting the axes to zero position
  • Editing and adjusting user rights

 

Registration

Note: A maximum of 2 people per company may register to participate. 
The maximum group size is 6 people.

Please bring safety shoes and safety goggles to the training session.

On Wednesday, the training session will be held in English.

Training times: Monday through Friday in Reutlingen,, Wednesday in English
