Introduction
  • Presentation of FUL 36+ incl. additional equipment and iQ functions
  • Presentation of relevant functions, like e.g. Smart Sorter, Opti-Feeder and PTPduo
  • WAFIOS Assistant
  • myWAFIOS.ai
Training subjects
  • Settings on the machine
  • Graphical programming with WPS 3.2 EasyWay
  • Simplified input of spring geometry
  • Coiling tools for different applications and materials
  • Using different types of cut
  • Measuring and sorting the springs
  • Copying springs with iQspring2FUL
  • Automated correction via iQautopitch (in combination with imess)
  • Adjusting the initial spring tension with the PTP coiling finger
  • Converting the machine with 4 shape axes from right- to left-hand coiling

 

Registration

Note: A maximum of 2 people per company may register to participate. 
The maximum group size is 6 people.

Please bring safety shoes and safety goggles to the training session.

On Wednesday, the training session will be held in English.

Training times: Monday through Friday in Reutlingen, Wednesday in English
