Copying Springs in a Breeze
Using iQspring2FUL makes the programming of springs a piece of cake, and the best thing is that once a spring has been programmed it can be reproduced at any time. First of all, the reference spring is measured by means of a spring measuring device. Next, the operator adjusts the settings at the machine, e.g. tool data and initial spring tension. The measured data from the reference spring is automatically transferred from the measuring device to the spring coiling machine via the interface. The spring program required for WPS 3.2 EasyWay is generated by iQspring2FUL within seconds at the push of a button.
