Wide range of parts and in-line chamfering for the first time

The BMS range for large wire diameters of up to 10 mm and minimum-sized center straight sections with a newly developed solution for the inline chamfering of both ends of straightened rods before the bending process. Due to the CNC-controlled rotary gripper that enables a large bending space and short center sections, the BMS range can be used for producing a large variety of parts. Exceptional precision and quality are guaranteed by the highly dynamic, rotary straightening system and state-of-the-art, servomotor-based drive technology.

Precision made easy at maximum capacity
The unique machine concept of the BT series, i.e. the special arrangement of bending heads and units (advance feed) are protected by patents in many countries. Compared to conventional CNC machine concepts, the function principle of the BT 3.2 and 3.4 increases the output and precision many times.

Up to 4 independently working bending heads
The bending heads have infinitely rotating bending and mandrel axes, enable the use of multi-radii bending tools and also the bending of closed loops. As the axis movement is CNC-controlled, the output is increased and multi-level tools can be employed. Additionally, there is the possibility to position the wire out of the bending head’s center in order to be able to use bending tools and special tools.
